Weekend - Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.- two night minimum stay

MIDWEEK - Monday to Thursday - two night minimum

         $800 per night.  The Homestead can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people.

    

Long weekends: 3 night minimum : $3000

Lovedale Long Lunch weekend; 3rd weekend in May: tariff is based on a three night stay :  $3000

 All tariffs are GST inclusive.

Terms & Conditions of Stay:

  • Check-in from 4pm- flexible. Two days before your arrival we can offer an earlier check in, from 12md, if available.
  • Check-out by 10.30am. - flexible
  • Deposit of 50% required to secure booking.Payment of this deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our " Conditions of Booking". Balance of payment to be paid 28 days prior to arrival by direct deposit (As one payment - not split).   On the day of your arrival to have access to the Homestead a $500 credit card security deposit is required with a Visa or Mastercard. This security deposit is fully refundable if the  Homestead and  contents do not suffer damage or loss or require excess cleaning. If there is damage in excess of $500 you will be responsible for the total payment of the damage. The credit card that you have provided for the security deposit will be used to pay for all damage and excess cleaning up to and in excess of the $500 amount. Your credit card will not be debited without prior notification. 
  • Please leave the property in the Same Tidy Condition that you found it on arrival.
  • The facilities available at Ironstone Estate are available ONLY for the guests that are booked into Ironstone Estate - Holding Parties, BBQs or any type of Function  whereby extra people are invited onto the Estate is not allowed and by doing so may  cancel your booking and forfeit your security bond. If your booking is canceled you will not be given a refund. Allowing extra people to stay, above the number that you have paid for, will also forfeit your security deposit and your booking.
  • All cancellations are required in writing. For a cancellation more than 28 days from the arrival date a refund of the deposit less a cancellation fee of $100 applies. If there is a cancellation between (& inclusive of) 28 days and 15 days of the arrival date Ironstone Estate will retain 50% of the total tariff. If there is a cancellation between (& inclusive of) 14 days of the arrival date no refund of the total tariff applies.
  • More than 28 days is required for a change of date.
  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking inside  the Homestead
  • Credit cards accepted:  Mastercard & Visa. Direct Deposits available.
  • Maximum number of guest: 12. Please state number of guest including children and children's ages. Children 2yrs and above are included in the total number of guests.
  • No charge for infants in their own cots.
  • All breakages and damage must be paid for.
  • Please view our terms & Conditions of Stay and our cancellation policy on our website prior to booking - on arrival you will be shown these conditions of booking and your signature will be required as further acceptance of these conditions.
  • The owners of "Ironstone Estate" take no responsibility for guests personal property and/or motor vehicles.
  • We regret the need to have to formalise these conditions and know that for most of our guests they are not necessary.
