Weekend -2 night minimum - Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday

 
2 bedrooms (4 guests) : $650
Double sofa bed: $50/person/night

Midweek - Monday  to Thursday : 2 night minimum

 

2 people: $150/night (1 bedroom)

4 people: $200/night (2 bedrooms)

6 people: $300/night (sofa)

 

        

 

 

Childrens tariffs available midweek.  GST included.

Long weekend: 3 night minimum based on maximum occupancy: $1275. 

Lovedale Long Weekend: tariff is  based on a three night weekend stay for up to

6 people:$1275

 

Event Weekends:Tariff is based on full occupancy for the weekend: $850 for up to

6 people for 2 nights

  
 
 

If the Cottage is booked to just one couple midweek the second bedroom will be

closed- you will have exclusive use of the Cottage.

 

 Conditions of Booking

 Check-in from 4pm -very flexible,Check-out by 10.30am - flexible.Deposit of 50%

required to secure booking.

Payment of this deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our "Conditions of Booking".

Balance of payment to be paid 28 days prior to arrival by direct deposit (As one payment - not split) .

*A credit card is required as a security bond for any damage, loss or excess cleaning.

* All cancellations are required in writing. For a cancellation more than 28 days from the

arrival date a refund of the deposit less a $100 cancellation fee  applies. If there is a

cancellation between (& inclusive of) 28 days and 15 days of the arrival date Ironstone Estate

will retain 50% of the total tariff . If there is a cancellation between(& inclusive of) 14 days of

the arrival date no refund of the total tariff applies.

*More than 28 days is required for a change of date.

*No pets allowed.

*No smoking inside Cottage.

*Credit cards accepted: Mastercard & Visa. Direct deposits available

*Please state exact number of guests including children and children's ages

*Children 2 yrs and above are included in the total number of guests.

*The Cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4- 6 guests ( depending on tariff paid )

*The facilities available at Ironstone are ONLY for the guests that are booked into Ironstone -

*unless there has been prior consultation with the owners.

*If additional cleaning is required it will attract an additional fee.

*PLEASE LEAVE THE COTTAGE IN THE SAME TIDY CONDITION THAT YOU FOUND IT ON ARRIVAL

*All breakages must be paid for.

*When the Cottage is booked with the Homestead ( or Lodge) then the tariff for the two

houses is based on a maximum of 18 guests or 20 with the Lodge and Cottage).

*The owners of the property known as "Ironstone Estate" take no responsibility for guest's

personal property and/or motor vehicles..

*We regret the need to have to formalise these conditions and know that for most of our

guests they are not necessary.
